Ingredients:
100% Natural Active Essential Oils: Sandalwood oil, Frankincense oil, Hemp Oil, Hemp Essence, Niaouli oil, Lavender oil, Lemongrass oil, Geranium oil, and Palmarosa oil
How to Use
Excellent for diffusion, massage, body care, or bath products. Can also apply to arms, wrists, or temples. At night, place one or two drops near your bed pillow. For topical use, dilute to 3-5%. For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2%.
For inhalation: use 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale as required
In Baths: blend 1-3 drops in a small amount of kosher salt before adding to the bathwater, and swish around well.
In showers: Put 1 or 2 drops on a wet washcloth.
For room diffusion: Use 4-6 drops in the usual room methods.
